You just need to learn from whatever mistakes may have been made and storm the gate anew. For shame! Seriously though, I could not bestir myself until I had significant health reasons to do so. I have two suggestions for you--

1. List your health reasons (which I find more compelling than vanity, for some reason)
2. Find a buddy who will spur you with a slight competitive edge. My husband is usually on the spot and if he's not cheating, well then I'm not cheating! Sometimes the desire to "win" or at least "not lose" can be helpful!Larkspurhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09979771406792393848noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6341603632835553729.post-45844358967786342422009-09-08T12:12:14.486-05:002009-09-08T12:12:14.486-05:00So sorry to hear about your knee. There must be something in the air and actually I find that during the change of seasons I get incredibly spacey/moody for about a week or so. Hang in there and keep fighting the good fight - things will right themselves very soon.Gigihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05117083150374231978noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6341603632835553729.post-67003447670786611562009-09-08T11:06:03.547-05:002009-09-08T11:06:03.547-05:00It happens to the best of us but the main thing is...It happens to the best of us but the main thing is you realize where you went wrong and you know what to do to get back on track. Sorry your knee is hurting. I know for me that the slightest bit of pain usually makes me eat to comfort myself. Combine that with lack of exercise and it can be a disaster. Do you have a place where you could swim? Just about every person I know that swims has started due to joint problems.

The beef jerky sounds great! I wish I could have a sample! I love it as a snack because it's full of protein and so portable! I will be interested to hear about the Feta as well. I think it's my favorite of all the cheeses! :)Tinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13857836351568153432noreply@blogger.com
